Wednesday: BBQ pork in crock pot, homemade whole wheat buns, tomatoes, granola bars.
Thursday: Crock pot Steak and potato soup, homemade bread
Friday: Potato sausage soup, homemade bread
Saturday: Big green salad, boiled potatoes
Sunday: Leftovers, popcorn
Monday: Mini BBQ Meatloaves, baked potatoes in crock pot, Salad
Tuesday: Slow cooked meat, beans and rice dish…with salsa, cheese on top
We are working on using what we have in the freezer and pantry, so it could be an interesting week, but I think it will be fun. I am also trying to use my slow cooker as well as much as possible. I made bread earlier this week and we boiled a large pot of potatoes for snacks too. I experimented with a batch of granola bars, but they did not come out too well, but were still chipped out of the pan and eaten somewhat.
