Sunday: Leftovers, popcorn
Monday- Crock pot- beef and potatoes
Tuesday- out with book club. Leftover potatoes made into hash for dinner at home.
Thursday- Pesto spinach lasagna- slow cooker Salad
Friday: Slow cooker chicken tortilla soup I am sure I will not follow this recipe exactly.
Saturday: Vegetable beef soup, homemade wheat bread, cookies, bierocks.
I also need to make some more snacks for basketball games. We have been doing popcorn, but I need to make some things that have some protein in them to keep in the car.
