Menu for the week

I am trying to keep the food budget really low this month, which is going better than I expected. It takes a lot more planning and forethought though.

Tuesday:

Birthday supper with family

Wednesday:

Cauliflower soup, Oatmeal rolls, salad

Thursday:

Chicken, broccoli and rice casserole (from freezer)

Friday:

Sloppy joes (made with venison), buns, carrot sticks

Saturday:

Roasted vegetables and chicken, salad

Sunday:

Leftovers, popcorn, banana bread

Monday:

Enchilada casserole, salad, rice

Tuesday:

Crockpot roast and potatoes, with carrots and green beans.

 

 

 

Breakfast:

Oatmeal

Eggs with green pepper and toast

PB toast with bananas

Lunch:

Leftovers

Bean and cheese burritos

Sandwiches

Snacks: 

Popcorn

Oatmeal cookies

Banana bread

Homemade hummus and tortilla chips
